Order Placing Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be met when placing or cancelling your order request.

  • All measurements and information provided and shown on the order request form have been verified to be correct and true.
  • All measurements and information provided can be modified and altered within 48 hours of placing the order request.
  • Any order placed can be cancelled without any penalties, within 24 hours of placement, a cancellation notice in writing or email notice must be filed, followed by a telephone call confirmation assurance by order placement individual no substitutes accepted, all within 24 hours.
  • Any placed order cancelled after 24 hours but not more than 48 hours will be subject to an administration fee not more than 15% of the total cost of the placed order.
  • Go.2 Design Concepts and Products Inc. are not responsible for any misinformation and or measurements provided, in the order placement form.
  • Terms of payment maximum 15 days upon delivery, any payment pass due date will have a 15% surcharge fee added to the original.
  • Any N.S.F. cheques returned, a $250 surcharge wll be applied.
