Wall Cone Extension
Product Description
Wall Cone Extension is a custom fabricated made to suit, Wall Cone Extension, constructed of 16 or 18 gauge aluminum and or steel coated painted channel, with bevelled side edges, with #6 screws @24" o.c. (610mm) on each side on 1/8" (3mm) countersunk holes for wall attachment or removal installations.
The Cone Extension is installed with fire rated mineral wool, for sound barrier and rating separation between spaces.
The Cone Extension is most commonly used on walls that abutt directly into a curtain wall or window frame vertical mullions, and where also horizontal Venetian blinds valances are not applicable , due to the cone shape channel extension. See product code chart for more details.
